Vye is an AI-powered photo editing app for iPhone. Your privacy is a priority. This policy explains how Vye handles your data.

Data Collection

Vye does not collect or store any personal data. Specifically:

Your photos never leave your device.
All AI processing using Apple Intelligence and the Vision framework runs locally on your device.
All image rendering using Core Image and Metal runs locally on your device.
Vye has no servers and no user accounts.

Photo Library Access

Vye requests access to your photo library so you can select photos to edit and save them. Photos are accessed locally through the Apple Photos framework. They are never uploaded to any external location.

No AI Data Sharing

Vye does not share any data with third-party AI providers. No images or metadata are sent to external services like OpenAI or Google for processing.

Data Retention

Because Vye does not collect or store your data on any server, we have no data to retain or delete. All edits exist only within your device storage.

Verification

You can verify the privacy of your AI tasks by checking the Apple Intelligence Report in your iPhone Settings. This report shows that all Vye tasks were processed locally or through secure private compute.

Third-Party Services

Vye does not use any third-party services or analytics tools.

Children's Privacy

Vye does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
